About two weeks ago Sara and Scarred Bellybutton bestowed upon me the Pink Rose Award. I had been out of town, then busy, then out of town again and just couldn't get to my nominations. I have been thinking about it and decided to give Jenn the Pink Rose X three. She gets all my votes! That's right. I am putting all my eggs in one basket.
Why?
Well, first off, Jenn and I share a city and there is something about the geography of knowing she is near that makes me love to read her words. But more than anything, it is for her strength, even if she sometimes can not see it herself. She manages to to stay sane under insane circumstances, she picks herself up every month and finds the strength to persist. She is also super cool - and artist/designer like myself.

Congrats again girl! Yes in response to your comment a few days ago, I think if you hurt yourself a few states away...I would drop something on my head or something would plummet out of the sky. We must have some crazy F-ed up karma connection or murphy's law or something! Maybe we were twins in a previous life? But honestly, I'll still consider you my connected sister if you don't follow me on the cerclage route okay? I'll do this one for both of us and you sit that one out. I think cerclages are a buy one, skip the next crazy uterus type of thing - or should be at least :-) Hope you're doing good, and having a boring week.
Oh M!!!! You really made my day today! I was feeling like I could start to shake myself off & get back to it, but not quite- then I saw this & I am so touched & honored! My day is a little brighter already. You are a sweetheart & I am so glad that we 'found' each other in his big little city!
